Best "poutine" near Quebec. Cheese is delicious. Would recommand a stop-by.

Make the line-up, order at the counter , wait for you meal, and off you go find a place to sit with your tray in hand. Driving through the Quebec city region, we would always stop at Normandin or Ashton for a poutine so we wanted to do something different. No regrets! The classic poutine is well worth it and we will be stopping by again for sure! The cheese is amazing.

Naturally the cheese is great, but they got a full range also menu and plenty of place to sit down and enjoy it. You got to try the popcorn cheese it's amazingly good

The food is super delicious! The service is excellent: quick, clean, and courteous. Big indoor and outdoor restaurant, huge parking lot. A must go-to!

Franpchone's had the thing for squeeze cheese and poutine. Great hamburgers and icecream for the end. All made with the farmer's fresh milk from the surroundings

Had poutine with fresh cheese. Though hot, the cheese did not melt at all. Taste was fine but nothing one cannot get anywhere else. Very busy road so difficult to get in from highway.

The absolute best poutine I've ever had. Hands down. Not even a contest. I never knew I wanted squeaky cheese curds until I ate here. No other poutine will ever be as satisfying now that I know what poutine can be. 11/10.

For all of the experience they are suppose to have with food, their buyer does NOT know anything about French fries, the worst I have eaten in a long while. This time they can not claim any excuse. Soggy fries does not make the cut. Oh it's not the cook, it's the type of fries they have forced all of the stores to buy. I can only think the buyer is getting a kick back. Oh by the way my wife and I eat out 4 nights out of 7 a week.

Awesome poutine!! Friendly staff and nice relaxing layout! The staff could speak a little English (which was helpful as we know only a little French). We showed them what we wanted to order on our cell phone and we ordered and paid with no language barrier issues. :) After you order they make your food and give you on trays by calling out your name when it's ready. There are old fashioned milk cans to sit on while you wait. The poutine was so filling and the cheese curds, which are made in house (you can see the vats from the back of the seating area), were so squeaky! It was delightful! :)

The cheese curds are delicious but if you are going there for poutine I would find somewhere else! Flavour was great but the curds were not melted at all, not even a little bit. Also very inconvenient to access from the highway.

Unsure about this place. It like a very basic restaurant where everything is based on cheese and they make cheese on site. Brought some BBQ flavor cheese which was interesting but very squeaky when eating

Servers are super friendly and they tried so hard to understand and talk to us since we cannot speak French. The food is ok - a little pricey for 3 pieces of chicken fingers and a really small meat poutine.

They have delicious casse-croûte food that is further enhanced by their fresh cheese made directly there.

Poutine was excellent. A bit pricey but worth the $$. Bi-lingual staff which was a plus since our french is inexcusably poor. Soup and salad was a large meal for the price and very tasty. Service was wonderful. Recommend this restaurant for a quick bite or a sit down meal .

Great place for a quick meal. The breakfast are really good you need to try the "Poutine Dejeuner". Their El picante burger is really good. Dont be afraid by the waiting line, it is very fast to be served!!

Perfect place to go to pick your cheese and your cold cuts as they have two adjacent stores serving both. Price seemed reasonable and the staff is very helpful!

I would have thought they would have more selection of cheese. Cheese Kurds were a bit rubbery. Nice to see how the cheese making process is done.
